I'm unable to link my number to account

Is this a new number that you're trying to add to your account?

 

What happens when you try to do this?

i have the same problem had the no for 20 + years 

had to set up new account  as changed email address old email discontinued when changed supplier

Hi @willbuild 

If you speak to our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to remove any old associations so that you can register your mobile number and email address together.
