I spent over two hours today on chat with EE which was a total waste of time. i can’t view any of my bills to check if I’ve been charged correctly. Error message online. Was told to clear cache, delete app, reinstall app, try a different browser etc etc. nothing works. Team are useless and don’t help. How can such a big company not have the ability to fix an app! I am livid! I’ve filed a complaint but I doubt anything will happen. EE you should be ashamed!

Ask EE to delete your online account. Then register again and see if that helps.
