Can’t link to my product

I have been using EE service for over 2 years and I would like to my EE account and billing. When I tried to login in and link to EE product, it said “We have to stop here” after the 4 digital code generated. Now I am thinking to switch another providers who is a user-friendly rather than staying in EE.

Are you trying to link another number to the EE account or is this the first time you are trying to register?

I am using EE mobile service for over 2 years and I am always logging in for checking my bills and so on, this is the first time I needed to link my product but unsuccessful.

Can you view the bills when you log in or do you get prompted to link the product? 

You should not need to do this if you have been registered, only if you wanted to add another number or broadband.

What is that meaning about I shouldn’t do that ? I would like to see my bills and manage my mobile plan, is that any problems ?

Hi @JOSEPH_L 

If you have been using the My EE and been able to view all details you should not need to link your number again. If this is stopping you viewing any details and this is the only option you have when you log in please contact us on 150 and the team will get this is all set up for you to view all details 🙂

I called 150 multiple times and they cannot give me a reason.
