Can't link account to App

Recently moved to EE broadband . Been struggling to link my account to the EE app. Keeps saying details are different. But been using the same details I purchased with.  Any ideas what could be wrong .

@Happyhre If you cannot link it yourself, then call EE CS and they will see what is going on and advise.
