Can't link EE pay go SIM to EE account

I have received a pay as you go sim card by post. When I select to link it to my existing EE account online, it says there is an error linking and to try again later. When I try later, I get the same error. 

The pay as you go sim card is showing signal and can make calls etc.

Yes, it should have allowed you to link your account by now. I recommend speaking with our Mobile Care team to see if they can do this manually for you.

Hi. I get a SIM Pay as you go and I can't link to my account. It's how me error like for rest of people on message,; it's any solution for it?

Do you have an active pack or credit balance? Have you tried on more than one device/browser?

Hi. I got credit and pack. I'm allow to call, text and mobile data. I try on phone and laptop and still same issue.

When calling 150 please select option 2, you will then be taken to our automated service.

Please then select options to speak with our account and billing team.
