I have received a pay as you go sim card by post. When I select to link it to my existing EE account online, it says there is an error linking and to try again later. When I try later, I get the same error.
The pay as you go sim card is showing signal and can make calls etc.
Thanks

Morning @DrRafi
Have you topped up and used the SIM card to make calls and send texts?
How long have you had the SIM card?

Hi i got the same problem. I have already top up 10£ but since I cannot link my PAYG sim to my ee account I am not able to use it for data packages. This PAYG sim was swapped from a monthly plan. Do I need to create a new ee account?

Hi @saijoe.
Welcome to the community.
I believe your old pay monthly account will be closed and you will need to register for an EE account again.
Please give us a call on 150 so our customer care team can ensure your email is no longer attached to an old account.
It would be great if you could pop back and keep us updated here on the community.

Does your SIM have an active pack or a balance? How long have you had it for?
