Can’t gift data on the new app - need to transfer data immediately. Not giving me the option to receive data from other number on my account, only gives me the option to buy more data!! Not getting any message that app os closed for maintenance- and i’ve been able to check everything else

Hi @T74,
Are you in the UK or roaming? Do you see a particular error message when trying to gift data?
Have you already used 100GB of data or 120GB if you’re on a 5G smart handset plan?

I’m in the uk - it worked fine on the old app. When i choose the “gift data” i can’t choose who can receive the data

Most of it.
I’ve just managed to do it by following the advice given by @INXSIVE
I downloaded chrome and did it that way.
Please sort the app out, it makes it much more difficult to use EE. Something to remember when it come to renewing contracts - i’ll be looking elsewhere for all our household contracts
