Can’t gift data

Won’t let me gift data on the my ee app .

wont let me gift data on desktop site .  

this always happens and is a ball ache !

Same for me, been trying all afternoon. Frustrating as daughter who is away doesn’t have any data.

 Not impressed what good is an apology when daughter is stuck waiting for data, very disappointed in ee and I’ve been a happy customer for years

Can’t gift my data to my wife. This is not good. It’s so frustrating also you guys not even giving the timeframe . It’s just making us pay more on add ons.

I’m still trying to gift data but it’s not working. Does anyone have any idea what’s going on?
