Can’t get ESim to connect and app down

My ESIM failed to activate after updating my phone. And now the app has gone down. Anyone know if it’s just me?

Hi @TravH 

Is this a fresh eSIM you've installed in a new phone, or was it the existing eSIM that has simply stopped working after updating your phone firmware? 

You can activate a replacement SIM if you still have your old and it's working, by visiting our Activate Your SIM page.
If your old SIM is no longer working, or you don't have it, you'll need to call our Customer Service team or visit our retail store for a pre-activated replacement SIM/eSIM
