Can’t call a friends mobile

I have a problem in that when I phone a friend who also is an EE customer, the call goes straight to his answerphone facility even if we are sitting at the same table but, he can call me no problem?

He has no settings activated on his phone that would prevent me from calling him?

Do you know how long you've had this problem for? Are they able to receive calls from other numbers?

Has your number accidentally went into the 'blocked numbers' list on their phone?

Hi Chris,

This has been happening four weeks. Yes he can receive other calls and no, I checked his blocked numbers list, my number isn’t on it.

Is your friend able to put their SIM in a different device, just as a test? If the call goes through, it could tell us something about what is causing the problem.
