Been trying to get this resolved for a week now. Have phone customer service but all I'm told is that they can't do anything and a ticket will be raised and it'll be fixed in 72 hours, well it's been past that and I still can't link my account. Tells me it's linked to another account. I no longer have access to the email that the account was linked to. I changed my email and login details in my account settings but can't link device to account again. Can someone please look into this and help resolve the issue. Thank You.

Ask EE to delete your online profile, then you can register again.

I'm disappointed to hear that our team hasn't been in touch as expected. It could be that they've had no response to the ticket raised just yet. If you give us a call, the team can let you know what stage things are at.

EE Customer Services keep saying this will be resolved in a few days but it never get solved!
It's a been 1 YEAR since I joined EE from BT and accounts are still not linked together and at the moment I cannot access mobile package!
And yes I rang 150 several times before you ask me.
