Can I remove a devise from one account and re add it to another

My partner has added my phone to her EE account however I would like to be be on my EE account 

Is there anyway I can take it off her account and add it to my own?

Yes, with permission from both parties, you can take over the line in your name, if you're 18+ years old and pass a credit check.

The current account holder would need to contact our Mobile Care team to begin the process.
