I now can't access everyone's call useage for that month and see the calls and texts being made. Why is this I have 3 contracts all different number I like to see who my children are calling thanks

When you say you "now" can't access your call history, do you mean that you have itemised billing active on your account and your myEE account has stopped showing you this?
You need to have itemised billing enabled to get the itemisation you're seeking.

Hello, and how exactly is itemised billing enabled? Via Customer Services or can be done online?
