Trying to view and download my bill but when I select 'bills/payments' it's not showing anything!
It also shows latest bill details on home page but if I click on it to view I also get a page with no details!
Can anyone help please? I am logged in

If you're unable to view the bills, please give us a call on 150 and the team will be happy to help. They will get this looked into and see what is needed for you to be able to view the bills.

Welcome to the community,
Not sure why that is happening to you, as I have been able to view my bills and can click on the one I want to view with no problem by clicking on download to see the full details.
Where are you doing this, is it via the app or website?

Via the website. I've tried under Chrome and Firefox and also on my mobile. Someone else online said they had the same issue

Is there a fix to this? I am having to call every month, wait an hour to speak to someone, then wait days for someone to email it to me.
