Bills and Payments not working

Since the recent update to the android app I am not able to see anything but an error message when trying to check Bills & payments, both in the app and online web browser.

Is there a fix available please.

It's amateur level IT quite honestly. How can they be this bad?

they told me they'd contact me by email. Do you really think asking a customer to wait for 30 minutes to get a call answered again is the right response here?

do they work Sundays?

If you call us the team are available Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm and 
Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

so using the visual thingy Ive had a text saying I'll get a call back in 15 mins. It's now 23 mins later. 

You really do struggle with good customer service it seems.
