I have changed my network from EE to Giffgaff last month but I’ve decided to comeback to EE
the problem is I have transferred my number to Giffgaff so my account is currently closed. So I tried to make a new account with new number but it didn’t let me for some reason I’m not even allow to top up at the moment
could you advise this please?

I’m trying to register my number but it keep saying account holder is already exists.
I tried reboot again but it still dont work

@hjh4456 You need to call customer services as your email address is still registered against your old account and that will cause issues.
