BUG HELP

It’s showing I have a notification and has done for weeks now. I’ve tried to clear it go into everything and it’s not going. I’ve deleted and resinstalled the app too. I don’t understand and it’s annoying me now. Also I went to report a bug and it’s brought me here!?!
