As from 5.00am 10th of June 2023 I can not log in to My EE App.

As from 5.00am 10th of June 2023 I can not log in to My EE App. Safari warns me this could be an attacker trying to steal my sign in info. So I deleted the EE app reset my iPhone then down loaded the app again. this time it would not even attempt to Log In and will not accept my idtouch saved information is anyone else having this problem with the My EE Update please.

Thanks Chris no problem with the web site just the app seems to be an updated app but still very flaky 

I think I should just wait until EE sort out the problem with their app.

Then I went to to the EE website on my computer only to be informed I was blocked and got a blanked page with BLOCKED on it. I think my next step is to complain to EE as this App of theirs is causing me no end of problems it was working fine but not now.

Glad to say the EE app is now working as it should and no problems logging in. 🙂
