So clicking around more it seems to be a particular "tile/panel" that generates that application error, highlighted in yellow, "Free boosts of data" - when you hover the panel/tile it presents a hyperlink of "https://ee.co.uk/plans-subscriptions/mobile/addons-payg"

Was that giving you the exact same error as above @354- ?

@Lesley_W - If I try to access that hyperlink directly through the web browser, whilst still logged into the EE customer portal, it returns the application error.
