I ordered a Apple iPad A16 11 inch for my daughter on 1/12/2025.
It is a Xmas present so I ordered in plenty of time. I checked to see today if it had been dispatched, which it should of in 7days from purchase, and there is a message basically saying sorry there is a delay and I will be emailed when dispatched.
This is not good enough. If I had not of checked I would have no clue. I have had no date or a reason for delay. This needs to be with me before Xmas.
Can I have a update please?

@Cmb23 If EE don’t have it in stock and have other orders that where made before yours and are waiting on stock to come in then they can not ship to you.
You need to call customer support as this public forum does have access to your EE account as it’s not customer support.
