Why are you taking so long to get the my EE app back up, it says a quick update but taking days?? Currently abroad with my family and need to sort additional data/gift data.

@Simon184 have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app? The app/your account isn’t offline for maintenance.

There is a problem with the app . None of the usual troubleshooting worked for me (including deleting and re-installing the app)
So it’s been referred upwards in EE for the next version of the app.
@Simon184 you might find that it will work sometimes but will be very slow. You’ll be staring at a blank screen for a minute or two then the various parts will slowly appear.

Can you try deleting the app, then going to your app/play store and redownloading the My EE app.
