Hi 

I am new to EE I downloaded the EE app but although I can get on the app it keeps saying it does not belong to me and ask the account holder for access to buy anything otherwise it is just blank.

what am I doing wrong please.

@Mickgrandad51  Via your online account you need to set yourself up as the bill payer not an account users 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

You need to be set up as the Bill Payer under Account Settings > Manage Numbers
