Hi I have set up the re app on my phone properly with my email and a password .Unfortunately when the sales person for re took my details down she left out a letter in it so I can open my app up with my name but it doesn’t recognise any of my package or bills but every time I close it down and reopen it soon as it sees my email again it says it’s already recognised. Ee has recognised there mistakes and got the right email but I can not seem to change it on the app to get my contact and bills up it’s still offering me WiFi which I have with them please help

Give EE a call on 150 correct the error and ask them to delete your online profile. You'll need to register again but this time with the corrected information it should work.
