Every time I try to use the App I get so far - I go to the log in page and enter my email address, verify it's me and then I enter the pass code sent to my phone but every time it takes me back to the log in page. It's REALLY frustrating.

@EE_User4321 Clear your browser history and cookies and then delete and restart the device then reinstall the app and try again.
