Have you tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it? I certainly works for me and many others.

Have you been able to log in since you posted?
If not, can you try deleting the app, then going to your app/play store and redownloading the My EE app as @Schockwave has advised.

Didn't for me unfortunately. Tried calling ee but customer service is currently unavailable!!!

I am having the same problem. I have tried clearing the cache. I have tried deleting and reinstalling. I log in and then it just hangs on the logo page. Yes I can login online.

You will have to ring customer service to get your account reset.
You can also log in to your account via the website.
