App not showing data, minutes or texts

My new pack started today but the app shows no data, minutes or texts. I have a text message detailing my new allowances so I know what I've got but how can I get the app working again? I've restarted the phone and reinstalled the app but it makes no difference.

Hi my pay as you go sim account won’t show my allowance in the app even though I have text data and calls I can’t see how much is left

The incorrect allowance balance on My EE has been reported to our relevant support team. 

To access your allowance information please text BALANCE to 150. You can also visit add-on.ee.co.uk when not connected to WiFi for remaining data allowance.

Internet went slow and then stopped. My EE site showed no data - transferred in  15 gig but it didnt help. later saw that data also consumed, but there isn't any detail on any pages in the EE site that show the history of data transfers or data usage over periods less than a month..  Where did my data go? I reset everything on my network. I can't ping 8.8.8.8. The symptom is same as when I have no data. I just put 5 gig in and no change,

 

MyEE is not reporting usage correctly at the mo'. Instead text AL to 150 to see your allowances.

I have not been able to see my available data in the app for more than two weeks and now I cannot get it from the website. What’s going on?

Thanks XRay but the sim is in a router 100+ miles away, was hoping that MyEE would give you an indication of whats been used in case it needs topping up.

hi, I have a package of data for 30 pounds but I do not see how much I have left to use on my profile ee. 

(I have internet access, so everything works. just can't see my limit on ee account.)

thank you very much for help. After sending a text message according to your recommendation, I got a message with information about the current data usage and everything is correct.
