Since upgrading to an iPhone 14 every time I open the EE app I find it has logged out without me doing that and I have to go to the log in process - password, etc etc. Very frustrating. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Chris Face ID was set as you say and every time I was having to log into the app I was prompted again to authorise Face ID.
However when I opened the app last night, and had to log in again, I had a message appear saying the app needed further setting changes to ensure the app worked correctly. Although I didn’t need to do anything or go to settings and the message disappeared when I logged into the app this morning Face ID worked and I am hopeful at the moment the issue may have been solved 🤞. Will keep my eye on how it operates going forward.

@Andy156 If you open Settings>Face ID and Passcode>( enter your phone passcode) other apps is the my EE app enabled to use Face ID ?
