App is still abysmal

So I got multiple emails when complaining about the abysmal app from Ee operatives that you cannot reply too, telling me to delete the app and reload it again to no avail, exactly the same issues!! how do you add a card and make a payment when it needs me to authenticate it on my banking app and when I do the ee website goes back to add a card every time I put all my details in and I authenticate ?????????????????????

Do you have a pay as you go or pay monthly account? 

Are you using a UK Bank card?

Hi I have a pay as you go that I set up to pay monthly for a pack
Why is it that you haven't asked for the mobile number so you can look at the account, so we don’t go back and forth?
