Do we know when the website and app will be finishing with its updates and actually allow customer to access there accounts. I understand updates etc are needed to be done but kind notifactions via sms, emails etc would be nice along with expected time frames for when the services will return, rather than a very unhelpfull bear with us. Not to mention they we're only updated last night creating the same issue, i've never known a buisness need to update there digital services so often and its really isnt best customer pratice or a great customer journy. All i want to do is access my account to activate the new pay as you go sims for the kids phones so they get linked to my main contract account with you.

Completely agree they don't tell customers anything. I'm trying to pay my bill but they seemingly don't want the money.
