App closed for maintenance

Every time I need to use the app it’s closed for maintenance, it’s absolutely infuriating, I need to use the device controls, why don’t they do it in the early hours of the morning when less people need to use it 😡😡😡😡

Wow, what a surprise, just when I need to use the app to set controls as I have to do every night, it’s closed to be fixed yet AGAIN!!!! Why can’t they do it in the early hours of the morning when no one needs to use it. NO other apps that I use are closed on a regular basis like the ee app is, it’s beyond ridiculous! 
whoever the developers are, they must be useless to have  to fix their app every other week, no other apps close like this, I am sick of it, it causes major problems for me as a foster carer for teenagers 😡😡

@imzmic_78    Yes, cause there will be less demand from the vast majority of customers.   It’s account maintenance that takes the app out of service as it’s a portal to your account.       It’s not the app its accounts are offline.   Any app updates will be pushed out via the app/play store and will not affect your access to use the app.

Ok, the next time it happens, I will take a screenshot and post it so everyone can see.
Also, there was no access to the account on the website either.
