App closed for maintenance

Every time I need to use the app it’s closed for maintenance, it’s absolutely infuriating, I need to use the device controls, why don’t they do it in the early hours of the morning when less people need to use it 😡😡😡😡

Absolutely stupid time to do maintenance. The site just went down halfway through an order. Theres a 20% off deal on the pixel 10 until 23:59 tonight.  I was just sorting the bank details and it logged me out of everything. I bet they won't honour this deal when I call them in the morning.

Agreed, you can't lock wifi on devices from the Web page. Our router keeps losing Internet too, only had it a week.

Just trying to set up new phone which means transferring esim to esim and great, can't do it without my EE working. What a complete joke encouraging us to use esim.

Hi Rach,
Thank you for your message. Yes, I can now but it’s usually at night when I need to set device restrictions on WiFi access and it is so often closed for maintenance which is extremely inconvenient and annoying. They should do the maintenance work in the early hours not before midnight

I do understand your frustration @Julie-be though our team do try and complete any maintenance when they observe the lowest traffic.

The developers can’t be any good as they shut the app every few days to fix stuff . It shouldn’t need as much work done on it as this app does. I don’t know any other app that shuts down every few days. Useless

@Julie-be  It’s not the app it’s EE accounts and the app is a portal to your EE account.    Take accounts off line its going affect the app as that’s your account.
