App and website maintenance

why is it that the ee app and service status checker always having maintenance done on it? I’ve never known any other app have so much downtime for so called ‘improvements’

My internet connection is constantly crashing at night and can never check what’s going on as the app and website are always being “updated”

We regularly carry out maintenance to improve the performance of our app and website. I'm very sorry you were unable to check for any service issues in the area during this time.
