Anyone else having an issue with the site saying unable to get details and the app just saying sorry there seems to be a problem been like it for a month now. No one at EE seems to care to fix it and customer service is as helpful as wicket keeper with no hands

Same here, I ticket raised yesterday and will see what response I get.

@Jamesh022 , @Theroadster , I would suggest ringing customer service and getting them to do an account refresh and see if you can then log in, also do you have the latest app? It has come out today and now also has the message us back for customers on contract.

It's now resolved for me. In response to the ticket raised I've just had a call back from a L2 tech. Apparently there was a profile issue with it referencing a number unrelated to my account for some reason. With that removed it's now working.
Not sure if this is related but I experienced this after returning back from a USA trip where I had roaming issues.
Anyway, working now.
