Today I cannot look at the app on iPhone or website on both phone & Amazon tablet. Calling 150 is too long a wait & texting AL or BALANCE doesn't bring anything back. I can log in but nothing loads. EDITED- spoke to someone on chat who says the influx of iPhone 15 preorders s have caused a crash.

Hey mate today is Apple pre orders day so website and 150 gonna be really busy and I’m guessing maybe that’s why you’re having an issue

Thanks, just edited my post 🙂 forgot about the iPhone 15 per orders happening today.
