The my EE app is still down on my phone but the my EE app is working on my tablet

@Ap8   Try clearing your device cache,  and or try deleting and reinstalling the app. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

How the hell is the bleddy app down again lol.  EE  Best network ten years in the row, EE app, Worst app ten years in a row. This really is becoming a Very laughable matter. Can't understand how they cannot keep the maintenance up with this app. Very very poor from EE.

EE is only updating the app for about 12 to 24hrs
