Annoying evening app work

Why does the EE app keep going down for maintenance??!!? And why between 10-11pm?

it is always at a time I need to control my children’s data and WiFi access and leaves me locked out of control while they are sat on their phones.

if you need to take the app offline please do it after 11pm or later, not at peak time when users probably most need the control functions 

it happens all the bloody time.

It's very frustrating. I'd at least like a way to manage the control ls locally when the app is down.

Why always we are working on it the stuff never changes useless when  u need to be on the app to manage broadband

Same! Had to log into my router via internet search bar and reset the hub to factory settings. This wipes the restrictions. Kids are now online even though app still not working. Will need to set up the schedules again now when back on. Hate EE.
