All my allowances are showing as zero accross the board normally 510 MB, 215 mins & 75 texts - is this a network error? This is on the app and the website

If you really need to know how much credit, data, minutes & texts you have, you can text "Balance" or "Al" to 150.

I know that - thanks. What’s the point in having the app? Or even internet access to see what you’re worth?

Yeah, I know! Unfortunately it seems to go down every so often!

But both of them are down!

Both the Android app and the web version of My EE were down last night saying words to the effect of "We're making improvements to your My EE experience and we'll be back shortly, better than ever."
Both are back this morning. Both are still displaying zero allowance. That's much better 😂

Yup, both still down here as well.

PAYM SIM: all still normal, working fine.
PAYG SIM 1 (in the LTE router connecting me to the internet right now, wired broadband here is absolute pants): Texting 'AL' to 150 still returns fanciful results. There's no way you can have over 120 GB remaining data when this is your first £20 pack after upgrading from a £15 pack. The online version of My EE is still saying zero allowance. If I give the credentials for this account on a phone, the Android My EE app still says zero allowance.
PAYG SIM 2 (in a phone): Texting 'AL' to 150 gives coherent results. The Android My EE app is still saying zero allowance.
While I'm sure the people at EE wouldn't have taken the My EE service offline last night for no reason, nothing has changed.

Yes, I've also noticed that I seem to have a lot of data left, although some of this was rolled over from last month.

The weird thing is, it's only on one of the lines that this is happening.
I had barely used this SIM so I had 15GB of rollover data. Add that to the 30GB that the £20 pack gets me, plus the 2.5GB of boosts, you get 47.5GB. That's what I should have on the router, not 130 GB.
The other PAYG SIM is showing exactly what I should have.

I've got even more, 140.8GB, including 30GB rolled over from last month. I guess I'm not using my phone very much when I'm out & about?
