I claimed £10 in airtime rewards in November 2025 however, the £10 was not deducted from the December's total bill. After speaking to EE CS live chat, they confirmed that it wasn't deducted and they will deduct in January's bill. Checked my bill and it wasn't deducted again. I have to contact them again with this and they said they will credit to my card as in the card I set up for direct debit. But until now i still did not receive anything. What's the point of implementing some reward that give us more stress.

I use Airtime myself and I've never noticed an issue with redeeming rewards, but I'm glad to hear that our team have offered an alternative so you can be sure to receive the promised credit.
In issues where you don't receive your credit, we would usually recommend contacting them directly for support, and you can find all the details you need here:
