Unable to find Live Chat (Aimee) within the EE App

As long as you are on a mobile contract, Live Chat will be found under the Help section of the MyEE app as "Talk to us".

As far as I'm aware EE does not provide Aimee matchmaking chat in its repertoire.

Don’t listen to that guy it’s physically doesn’t exist in the area they are telling you to search in. Guy on the phone said the same thing. You click “talk to us” and the only option is to call them.  I have searched the whole EE app and website this chatbot does not exist or is been hidden. This is a common issues online by the looks of things. I suggest EE make it easier to find this chat bot or stop advertising it’s there because it’s isn’t. I work with computers so I am technical minded. Even tried googling it isn’t there.

One your later messages are very rude with this person that trying to tell you that you are lying to them. It doesn’t exist. it’s physically doesn’t exist in the area they are telling you to search them to search in guy on the phone said the same thing. @Kadowski : You must have PAYG or a BB contract if you can't see it. It is only present for mobile contracts as stated in the Solution of this thread.
