Advance notification of EE App Update

If anyone from EE is reading this message, please can EE send out prior notification of app maintenance and downtime  by whatever channel possible. It's unacceptable that EE decides their own update schedule affecting customer facing service. Thank you.

When it will be back online? This app update should have been done on the weekend NOT on weekdays.

This is really annoying. EE should have done the update on the weekend NOT weekdays.

I need to pay my bill but due to MY EE being currently unavailable, I am unable to - please could you confirm that I will not incur a late payment charge as a result? Thank you.
