Can anyone on here help me, EE couldn't sort this out I am the account holder and have my son on my account but I can't see his info is data used etc because I wanted to send him some of mine due to when we had no home broadband we were just using our phones data.

@Boldy50   Click your name/number on your account and you can then select the other tariffs on your account.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

No it doesn't this is the issue I'm having I spoke with EE uninstalled, reinstalled logged out logged in never did anything for what it's worth the contract is up in 4 months ish so maybe a sign to move on after this time. EE can't seem to deal with technical issues

Good morning James I added him to my account at the same time as my own, I was able to see his account but about 2/3 months back his details disappeared I changed nothing on my phone or the EE app.

Absolute tosh, got the number added on the website but still not in the app I can't even see his usage let alone transfer any data. We will be looking at another supplier soon

Have you logged out of the app and back in since you added your son's number?
