What is your problem? Maybe we can help, so long as it is not account related.
You will have to ring them to speak to them, or if you have a mobile contract, you will find the message us and talk to us under help, scroll down to talk to us and click on it.
You can also contact them either by dialling 150 on your keypad and pressing option 2 and then choosing one of the options or see the numbers in my signature.
