Adding to my account

Every time I try to add another device to my account it keeps saying page not found why does this keep happening

Thanks for coming to the community.

Have you tried to add another device through both the EE app and the EE website?

Can you try to clear the cookies and cache from the browser, and try on a different browser or device to see if that works?

If it is still the same across other devices and browsers, it may be something at account level, and the best option would be to give our customer service guides a call so they can help.
