Hello,
Every-time I try to use the app or website, it asks me to link my mobile, broadband or Ee community. I have a mobile, but it says it’s already linked to another account? I evidently have community, but nothing happened when I click this. I cannot view my account or do anything and it’s really frustrating!
any ideas?

Welcome to the community,
I would suggest ringing customer service and they should be able to refresh your account and then you should be able to register fresh on the app. I take it you are the account holder? You have put in the correct details?

Have you moved your EE mobile no. between PAYG & contract?
