When I log in it says I am not the account holder and can’t make any changes to my account, I only have 1 account so how am I not the account holder?

You need to be set up as the Bill Payer under Account Settings > Manage Numbers

This is becase you have set your account up wrong.
Log into your online account Menu - Account Settings - Manage Numbers change your settings from user to bill payer.
