@Steveieb123 , not sure why you cannot access your current plan, where are you trying to access it? You should be able to. If on the My EE App, at the top click on Mobile Plan, you should be able to see it there, the same should be via the website.
Have you changed your plan recently? Then that could be why and it will show in due course.
