Does anyone else have issues accessing their bills on the app.
I haven't been able to check my bills on the app since they've updated the app, all I get when I click check my bill is either a black screen with the the blue circle spinning & spinning or just a grey screen with nothing on it. 🤬🤬🤬

Does the same happen when you log into your My EE account online through a web browser?

In this case, please call us on 150 and the team will get your My EE looked into for you and if needed raise a support ticket to get this sorted.
