I’m unable to find my other phone numbers on my online ee account, I’ve clicked on menu and looked everywhere for switch accounts drop down tab but unable to find it anywhere and it’s frustrating as the number that is showing on my account isn’t my main one and I would like to see usage etc because it’s not very clear on the app like it is online

Are the accounts on pay as you go or pay monthly?
Are you using the My EE app or My EE online through a web browser?

I can't access my daughters number which she accidently clicked the button to take money from my account each month now I can't access it to stop payments

I am having the same problem yet again - over a year later- my second phone on Pay as You Go ( back up phone for occasional use) has disappeared again. Tried to link it - got the response that it is already linked to my account, but I cannot find a way to access it again. Looks like the web page has been changed again and there is no way of seeing additional mobile numbers in the one place. Spent over an hour trying to no avail.
