Every time I try getting into my account to access my details. It’s telling me I need to register a number when putting in the number registered to this account it’s telling me the number is already registered and I need to add another 🤷♀️ the only other number I have is with another service provider and it won’t let me add that!! I can’t proceed further with any services due to this. I’ve never found it so frustrating nor difficult to upgrade a phone before 🤦♀️
