I’m so confused by this app it is absolutely rubbish. I’m looking to upgrade both phones on this account but for the life of me cannot navigate this website. I will take the old fashioned approach and phone and speak hopefully to a “ human “ in the next few days. I have been an EE customer for many years. Your website leaves a lot be desired.
